What We Do
Public Speaking
At my events, which include the general public as well as policymakers, academics, and economic stakeholders, I critically engage and educate about the dangers – and possible solutions – currently facing the food system. Next to sharing my knowledge, I aim to open the dialogue with the audience and create moments of interaction between attendees from different backgrounds. The goal is for this to lead to a deeper awareness around the issues of the current food system, as I aim to inspire and spark conversations about possible solutions.
The Eatelier preforms at various public media appearances like podcasts, talk shows and documentaries, next to giving lectures on previous research projects and the future of food & hospitality.
