Events & Experiences
At my events, which include the general public as well as policymakers, academics, and economic stakeholders, I critically engage and educate about the dangers – and possible solutions – currently facing the food system. I open the dialogue with the audience and moments of interaction organically arise between attendees from different backgrounds. The goal is for this to lead to a deeper awareness of the aforementioned social issues, as I aim to inspire and spark conversations about possible solutions.
Every year, during Dutch Design Week, we organize a large-scale dinner event based around a self-initiated research. This research and its outcomes result in a book, a lecture with a tasting and various exciting forms of speculative gastronomy experiences.
Furthermore, we are able to pop-up with our Tastebar and our Remedybar, and serve the outcome of one of our projects.
